First State Bank Mortgage
More About Mindy Primm
Growing up in St. Charles I have watched it transform from a small bedroom community to a major metropolitan city. After graduating from Mizzou with a degree in Economics I returned to my hometown and launched my career in residential lending. I am proud to work at First State Bank of St. Charles as I consider it a driving force in its 150 year history in building this city in its growth and vitality.
I have assisted hundreds of clients in their pursuit of financing the perfect home for them. Many of my clients have been using my services over the past two decades of my career from buying their first home to stepping up to a larger one to eventually downsizing. I consider our relationships to be more than a one-time transaction and I strive to be their trusted financial advisor over the course of their lives. It is fascinating to be along for their life journeys. In fact, a huge trend for me now is assisting their children with their first homes and the trust they place in my in sending their child here for the beginning of their journey in homeownership is very rewarding.
I am humbled and blessed to have been named a Five Star Mortgage Professional the past six years running which can only be awarded through nominations and ratings from your clients. My motto is “If you put the client’s need first in the best possible mortgage position and do it with integrity success will follow”. It is a very simple but effective approach.
Hello, my name is Richard Nation. I am the owner/operator of Nations Drywall Repair.
I have been in the drywall field since 2001.
Unlike other drywall hangers and tapers I have been specifically in the drywall repair field as opposed to hanging only or taping only.
Starting at the age of 17 in 2001, I worked with a drywall repair company out of Clearwater, FL. until 2006 when I moved up here to the St.Louis, MO. area to be closer to family.
I started Nations Drywall Repair in 2007 from the ground up. It was tough times as the market was in shambles but God allowing I made it and have been running strong ever since.
